Licensing Question - How do I deactivate a license if the computer HD simply fails

From what I understand ERAS will add a license back when it detects the Product has been uninstalled.

 

What happens if the the HD crashes and there is no way of uninstalling the Enpoint or AV software?

 

What happens if you choose to delete the device from ERAS

You should be able to login to ELA using your V5 username and password I think. Your security admin account won't work, you need a separate password.

You can register a security admin account in ELA portal. Afterwards you can request unit distribution by entering the appropriate public license ID. Once approved by the owner of the license, you will be able to manage units belonging to the license.
