Administrators Solution Marcos 4,706 Posted April 14, 2015 Administrators Solution Share Posted April 14, 2015 As of ERA 6.2, it will be possible to convert a configuration to policy. If you would like us to create a policy for you that will have a specific certificate excluded, switch Endpoint SSL scanner to interactive mode, exclude the certificate when prompted and then send me the configuration exported to an xml. Anyways, it'd be good to troubleshoot the issue with Hotmail. Does the problem occur on every computer regardless of browser? Does switching to pre-release updates and running manual update make a difference? There can be new module on pre-release servers addressing specific issues so it might help in certain cases.
