bbraunstein 27
The latest ERA Server log file can be found here:C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Server\EraServerApplicationData\Logs\trace.log From the documentation: hxxp://help.eset.com/era/6/en-US/index.html?fs_agent_deploy_troubleshooting.htm

HALO 0
There is no "C:\" on a Virtual Appliance which is based on CentOS. As far as i know the agent installation trace logs is only available in agent side. you cannot trace the installation errors from server's trace logs. so bbraunstein is right. Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted April 14, 2015 Administrators Share Posted April 14, 2015 On VA, you can find the server trace log in /var/log/eset/RemoteAdministrator/Server/trace.log, however, this log may contain only important information when a push agent install is failing. If there's an issue with Endpoint installation performed by agent on clients, you'd need to look into the agent trace log on a particular client for more information.
