Configuration not changes

the computer details Configuration ->Applied Policies shows that the configuration policy is applied and status is actual, but on the Computer where Eset Endpointantyvirus is installed there is no any changes in the configuration. There is default configuration.

 

What can cause this problem.

What version of ERA and Endpoint do you use? What settings did you set to be applied by the policy and weren't applied on clients?

Eset endpoint 6.1.2222.1 and ERA 6.

 

Updates setting are not applied for example: Update server is Autoselect, where the policy is setup for the server name.

I am able to change this settings on the client.

 

I use this same ERA server and this same policy for the Eset File Security for the Windows Servers and there the policy is applied.

I solved it. There are two different product policy. when I set up the second  policy for Windows Antivirus is ok now.

If you have a particular setting applied by multiple policies, you can set "Force" flag for it so that it takes precedence over the others.
