I can't download .exe from browsers

Hi,

I can't download file .exe from any browsers. Chrome says Error 89. Any other files I can download! I try to:

- disable Nod32 Antivirus and firewall

- restore chrome

- use other browsers

- restore windows

- use microsoft fix-it 

- default setting on Internet Option from control panel

Perhaps you could try starting chrome without extensions by using the --disable-extensions parameter in case the problem was caused by an extension. I assume that it happens only with Chrome and you're able to download exe files in other browsers fine.
