Guest rdc500
Ok, If Outlook 2013 is not bad enough Eset Nod 32 kills it. I just spent several hours with Charter and Microsoft and after 4 hours on the phone (Thank God for VOIP) we narrowed the problem to Eset. If I uninstall Eset Outlook 2013 works fine, downloads email and sends. Re-install Eset and it quits working and gives an error message can't connect to the server! What gives Eset?
