mstroud_pfi 0 Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 I have recently installed ERA 6 and I'm in the testing phase. For some reason, I can't get any of my Antivirus threats to show up in the dashboard or the reports. However, I can see them in the client log files under "Detected Threats". Am I missing a setting? Appreciate some help. Thx
Administrators Solution Marcos 5,458 Posted March 26, 2015 Administrators Solution Posted March 26, 2015 Does restarting the agent service on the client resolve the issue?
mstroud_pfi 0 Posted March 26, 2015 Author Posted March 26, 2015 Yes, that resolved the issue. Is this a common issue in ERA 6? Should I expect this when I migrate for other clients? Thanks for your help
Administrators Marcos 5,458 Posted March 26, 2015 Administrators Posted March 26, 2015 I don't think it's a common issue but we definitely plan to address it in the upcoming service build soon (meaning within a couple of weeks).
mstroud_pfi 0 Posted March 28, 2015 Author Posted March 28, 2015 Sounds good to me! Appreciate the help and fast response.
mstroud_pfi 0 Posted April 1, 2015 Author Posted April 1, 2015 FYI - This is happening with all of my testing clients. I have to restart the agent to get any threats to show up in the dashboard or notify me through email. Not sure if this is related to my configuration or it is a bug.
