ucvijan 4
Hi, Noticed on couple of clients that whole INBOX file from thunderbird is put in quarantine. I googled a bit and found out that thunderbird saves all inbox mails to one file, and if one mail is infected, antivirus recognize whole inbox as infected. I still cant remove and exclude that file, and it reappears in quarantine. Is there any why how to rectify this? Maybe put an exclude for that path, where inbox file is stored? I mean that is a workaround, but will the new mails still be scanned? Do you have any suggestions how to fix this issue with thunderbird and mail? Cause if I delete or client delete that file, whole inbox will be deleted. But when i restore the file, it keeps coming back in.. Thanks.
