Remote Administrator Server dashboard always blank

Any idea why the RAS Dashboard in ERA 6 is always blank?

It's strange that there are no data. Does the problem occurs also if you add a new ERAS-related reports? What about other tabs (Computer, AV/FW threats), are those reports blank too?

Other reports works fine. AV Threats as well as Computers (we don't have Endpoint Security for firewall alerts). Running reports under Server Performance always shows 0 records for the last 24 hours. I have no idea why, since tbl_log_performance_server_event has data in it every 30 seconds.

This is something that engineers will have to comment on. We'll keep you updated.
