Retrieve used license

Hi, how I can retrieve used license, I´ve installed endpoint and activated them but after that computer was disconnected from network and reinstalled/replaced without deactivation, how I can tell to ESET License Administrator that this computer doesn´t exist anymore and this license can reused in another computer?

You can deactivate licenses for particular computers via ela.eset.com.

Thanks. I was trying with delegated administative account but there is no option to deactivate individual computers.
