Most Valued Members planet 232 Posted March 18, 2015 Most Valued Members Share Posted March 18, 2015 Hello, Just noticed this straight after updating ESET Mobile Security on a Samsung Galaxy SIII via Google Play minutes ago - the icon in the notification area is no longer showing, no matter the setting. However when viewing notifications from the drawer, it is visible under 'ongoing' saying "Mobile Security & Antivirus" and 'Maximum Protection'. First time this has happened, only after this most recent update of ESET Mobile Security from Google Play. ESET Support Solution peter.s 4 Posted March 19, 2015 ESET Support Solution Share Posted March 19, 2015 Hello, since the latest update, notification icon is no longer visible in the notification bar because of implementation of Google recommendation. If any issue occurs, alert icon will appear. Right now, we are working on a new build. Notification icon will be visible again in older versions of Android (4 and older).
