jimwillsher 64
Hello, Within ERA6 I am supporting four separate customers, each with its own license. I have inadvertently activated an EEA client using the wrong license. What is the correct way to fix this please? Do I fix this from the ela website, or the client, or ERA? Many thanks Jim
ESET Staff michalp 20 Posted March 16, 2015 ESET Staff Share Posted March 16, 2015 The correct way is to use Product Activation task. Select proper license and it should re-activate security product.
jimwillsher 64
Thanks michalp, but will it also remove the old license from ela?
ESET Staff Solution michalp 20 Posted March 16, 2015 ESET Staff Solution Share Posted March 16, 2015 Yes, the reactivation will dissociate EEA from old license and associate with selected one. Also this should be reflected in ELA in seat count.
jimwillsher 64
Perfect, works a treat :-) I didn't want to "just try it" in case it went loopy.... Edited March 16, 2015 by jimwillsher
