ChristophM 0 Posted November 28, 2024 Posted November 28, 2024 Hello, because of an hardware problem i just installed a hard disk in another pc, on the client (Win 10 Pro 22H2) side everyhting looks good... last update just now. But on server side in the Protect Console last connection 2 months ago (when the hardware changed). I tried to reinstall the agent (with agent batch file) and also the All-In-One Installer, nothing changed. The "Reset Cloned Agent"-Task can not be pushed to the client because from server side there is no connection. Also there is no duplicate entry to the name. Any suggestion what I should do?
