Administrators Marcos 5,468 Posted November 27 Administrators Posted November 27 The product language can be selected at the beginning of the installation or via the msi parameters PRODUCT_LANG or PRODUCT_LANG_CODE. The language cannot be changed once the ESET security product has been installed. Quote

If you chose English during the installation, the product should be installed in English. If it's an email notification which is in a different language and the GUI is in English, it could be caused by a changed language code in the registry. As I wrote, the product language cannot be changed without reinstalling the product in a different language. Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector and also raise a support ticket so that the case is tracked. Quote
