I'm at the point where I can sometimes roll agents out, and sometimes roll clients out. I've got a Core server which already has ESET File Security V6 on it and I'm trying to point it to the ERA which is on a VM. Administrators Marcos 4,933 Posted March 11, 2015 Administrators Share Posted March 11, 2015 Hello, v6 products do not connect directly to ERAS but it's the agent that communicates with both a v6 product and ERAS v6. The point is to deploy the agent to the server, e.g. via a push install from ERAS or using the Agent Live Installer (via GPO, logon script, 3rd party tool, etc).
