Renewal privacy/security concerns

Because of my privacy/security settings I had some problems with license renewal, I've had to use a un-protected old W7x32 laptop in order to allow requests to Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Cloudflare, Akamai, etc. domains.
I kindly ask you the reasons behind the need for those requests, wich are not "eset.com" domains and are not related to the payment process.

monitor.azure.com
visualstudio.com
windows.net
googletagmanager.com
blob.core.windows
trustpilot.com
typesquare.com
jsdelivr.net
cloudflare.net
akamai.net
+ cname cloaking

I find a little ironic that years ago (2016) I've purchased ESET to protect me from WEF Big Data Gatherers and now I'm forced to allow tracking, telemetry and profilation if I want to renew the license. (Sign of the times...)

Best regards.

If you are concerned about using ESET's website, you can call your local distributor or reseller by phone. You mentioned that you had Windows 7 installed that stopped received security updates in 2020. If you are concerned about security, we strongly recommend upgrading to a fully supported operating system.

No, I've said that I've been forced to bring back to life a unprotected old (dismissed) laptop without protections in order to use the website, the other PC's that are protected with ESET and my security preferences block by default all the listed domains, IP ranges, scripts. I don't think that the distributor is able to answer my questions, he's not the website developer/maintainer.

Thanks anyway.

Best regards.
