Document Protection Still Disabled by Default?

I'm just curious as to why the Document Protection module is still disabled with out of the box settings?  Is it still problematic as with version 5?  I know the other scanners do well in picking up the slack, I was just surprised to see this.

I don't think that Microsoft has released a hotfix to the known bug in the mean time so yes, the reasons for having it disabled by default are same as before. If it was up to me, I'd remove Document protection module completely

Didn't realize that it was a Microsoft Bug.  That's a load off =)
