Agent Live Installer not is showed

I installed the ERA 6 standalone, but the Live Agent Installer is not shown. What can be happening?

What's the value of the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Server\CurrentVersion\Info\ProductVersion ? Do you have the latest version of ERA available on ESET's website installed?

Yes, I clicked on "get installers" but nothing happening

The official version available on the web is 6.1.365.0 so I'm not sure where you got 6.1.288.0 from. It's necessary to use officially released versions for available packages to be displayed.
