Setting up ermm for datto rmm connection

Has anyone here set up the ermm tool for datto to talk to eset? I keep getting ermm disabled in policy for an error but i have it enabled in a policy i assigned site wide. Still getting the same error though. Am i missing something? I'm using eset protect cloud for MSPs.
