I've noticed lately some Windows clients do not show an IP address in the 'IP Address' column in EP console. The field is blank.

When I look at the client details, the network adapter is registered and shows a MAC address, which I verified is NIC in use with an assigned IP address.

So ESET sees the correct NIC and MAC, but not the associated IP address.

Where and/or how does ESET pull client IP information? DNS all looks as expected...

I should add that these systems are online and responde to Wake-up Call. I don't see this with any of our macOS clients, so seems to be Windows-specific.

I've inquired other colleagues about it and they recommended to raise a support ticket as further investigation will be needed.
