Eset online scanner stops scanning

When I download the Eset online scanner program, it starts fullscanning for a minute until it unexpectedly closes. But if I open the desktop shortcut of that program and start the fullscan again, it works normally. Windows 11 Pro 64-bit

The internet connection works well and no vpn services are used. It is also my own machine.
