IT security admin work

Hey guys, 

I would like to better understand how your work looks like. I have a few questions that would help me find out what your day looks like, what are your challenges and needs in terms of the product you use. Feel free to share your insights:

Workflow:

1. Would you categorize yourself as one of the following:
   • MSB Administrator (working with a single client, involving various tasks not necessarily related to security)
   • Enterprise Admin (working within a company with multiple branches, where your main role focuses on security management)
   • MSP Admin (working for multiple clients)

2. What does your typical workday look like? What are your main responsibilities, and what is the single task you perform most frequently?

If you work as an Enterprise or MSP administrator, I have two additional questions for you:

1. What are the most important details for you in a multi-tenancy view?
2. What information leads you to switch from a multi-tenancy view to an individual tenancy view? (In other words, what information is missing in the multi-client view that makes you check the individual client view?)

Work Tools:

1. Have you used solutions from ESET before? If so, what do you appreciate about them, and what would you like to improve?
2. If you use solutions from another company, could you specify the name and mention what helps you in your work and what you would like to improve?

Your previous post, which contained many questions not directly related to ESET and our products, remained unanswered by the forum users. Most of the above questions are also not directly about ESET products.

We kindly ask you not ask many questions in a post and make sure that they are ESET related. This is forum is not the right place for public questionnaires.
