Network Inspector

My Phone is an Itel RS4 android 13, and I'm sure I have a subscription for a year. My other phone, Redmi 9, has a Network Inspector menu in the ESET Security App. Then why on this phone, Itel RS4, Network Inspector doesn't appear?

Network Inspector only works on devices with Android 12 or older.
