MD44 0 Posted November 4 Posted November 4 We have a number of devices 'stuck' on Endpoint Antivirus version 9.0. I've tried various upgrade / uninstall tasks via the Management Console. I've also tried various remote scripts to either, remote uninstall, over-install, or hack out v9.0. However, nothing appears to work. Has anyone had a similar issue? Obviously the final step is to use the below; https://support.eset.com/en/kb2289-uninstall-eset-manually-using-the-eset-uninstaller-tool However, these are remote devices and the netsh commands will undoubtedly drop out the network connection. Therefore we'd need to plan in a site visit, which we are hoping to avoid. Does anyone have any experience or advice on this? To confirm i'm able to upgrade the Management Agent without issue. Thanks. Quote
Administrators Marcos 5,468 Posted November 4 Administrators Posted November 4 I would recommend raising a support ticket to find out why the upgrade is failing. Do you have auto-updates enabled in a policy? What operating system is installed on the machines with Endpoint v9? Quote
