We have a number of devices 'stuck' on Endpoint Antivirus version 9.0.

I've tried various upgrade / uninstall tasks via the Management Console.
I've also tried various remote scripts to either, remote uninstall, over-install, or hack out v9.0.
However, nothing appears to work.

Has anyone had a similar issue?

Obviously the final step is to use the below;

However, these are remote devices and the netsh commands will undoubtedly drop out the network connection.
Therefore we'd need to plan in a site visit, which we are hoping to avoid.

Does anyone have any experience or advice on this?

To confirm i'm able to upgrade the Management Agent without issue.

I would recommend raising a support ticket to find out why the upgrade is failing.

Do you have auto-updates enabled in a policy? What operating system is installed on the machines with Endpoint v9?
