Is there a way to block an application from accessing a specific website?

I want to prevent an application (exe) from accessing a few websites, but not block the app's entire internet access. I also don't want ot block the website from the entire pc.

 

Is there a way to do this?

It's possible to block access only to particular IP addresses for an application using firewall rules.
