ESET internet security blocking game update Bloons td battles 2 from Ninja KIWI

Hi, I have issue - my son cannot update favourite game Baloons td battles 2 from Ninja KIWI, we was looking in log in game and Eset internet security and found nothing  , Stoping ESET not working in this case. 
After uninstall ESET Security we was able to update game and play , but after reinstall ESET game want run
This game based on p2p connection.
Same problem is reporting from other players on steam .
Is anybody can help ? We do no want to change AV protection :(

Does temporarily pausing the ESET firewall make a difference? Do you see some blocked connections under Setup -> Network -> Resolve blocked communication?
