Maxim 1 Posted November 3 Posted November 3 Hi, I'm running ESET Internet Security (18.0.12) on my Windows 11 computer. Since a few weeks I've been receiving a Security alert about the Network traffic scanner not being functional. This was already there in version 18.0.11, I figured I'll wait until the next update, however that didn't fix it. The recommended step is to restart the device, however that never works and upon every single restart I receive the Security Alert again. The only thing that works is disabling en re-enabling Internet Protection. (The warning is then gone until the next boot). My windows version is up-to-date. My license is valid, and my ESET Product is also up-to-date. I'm sure I didn't change any settings within ESET and I also don't think I've changed any related settings on the computer itself. I've added several screenshots that might help rule things out. I hope this can be resolved. Thanks in advance, Maxim Quote
Maxim 1 Posted November 3 Author Posted November 3 After posting this, I've reinstalled the security product. The issue seems to be resolved now. I've seen more people with this issue on other forums. Might be wise to keep this seen, so others can fix their product. I'll reply here if the issue resurfaces. Aryeh Goretsky 1 Quote
blaise 0 Posted November 6 Posted November 6 I am also having this issue since the last couple of days. Restart fixes it but it almost happens daily on the first start. Quote

Please carry on as follows: Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Reboot the machine After the error has occurred, stop logging Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here. I've seen similar problems when it was enabled in past but so far not with ESET products. You can try disabling it and see if it makes a difference. Here are instructions (I usually use command prompt option): https://www.xda-developers.com/disable-fast-startup-in-windows-11/ Quote
tbingel 0 Posted Monday at 06:28 AM Posted Monday at 06:28 AM Hi, I have exactly the same problem. I believe this phenomenon started after the last major Windows update. What should I do? Quote
