Self Enrollment in ESET Endpoint Encryption not work

HI everyone,

I tested my lab about Self Enrollment in ESET Endpoint Encryption however it not work.

I also try with link [KB7182] Self Enrollment in ESET Endpoint Encryption

My server is using version  3.8.2 and client using 5.3.75

My config on server

Log on client :

Client and server already joined domain.

Please advice.

Hi @eornate,

This is an issue with EEE Server 3.8.2 which has since been fixed in 3.8.3. Please download and upgrade your EEE Server to 3.8.3 to resolve this issue: https://www.eset.com/int/business/download/endpoint-encryption/#server

You will notice in the changelog for this version:

Fixed: A problem with Self Enrolment failing to automatically activate the user
