Two machines in this group ran the installer via email link and started showing up here. I already have a dynamic group where these two machines are visible and don’t want to keep this group in the console. They are not MSP client , so currently they are using ESET Business account for license management

Microbe 8 Posted October 30, 2024 Author Posted October 30, 2024 Hi Marcos, In what section from EBA, I've tried to activate ESET PROTECT and create an installer and as per checking i have the same situation : I have Companies from ESET PROTECT I also have the same structure from our client From EBA there is no option for me to remove the 'Companies' I search the tree structure from this source : https://help.eset.com/protect_admin/91/en-US/static_group_tree.html I think by default the structure from Static group will be All > 'Companies' is that correct ?
