Activation not valid (anymore)

My Internet Security package stopt working after 11 months of the 3 years subscription. Itr requires me to re-activate but when I enter my activationcode it returns as invalid.

The Dutch support couldn't do anything because they say it is a code from Africa. I bought the code via eBay

Where can I get help about this problem?

Please provide your public license ID in the form of XXX-XXX-XXX. However, since you bought the license on eBay, there's a good chance the license / subscription was leaked or sold to many users and was therefore cancelled. We strongly recommend purchasing a subscription from an authorized ESET partner or reseller.
