Cannot Whitelist email for a test Phishing campaign

My organization is about to launch a phishing campaign. We are currently testing the campaign but ESET keeps moving email to the junk folder despite whitelisting all of the domains and IPs used in the campaign. I discovered my issue. In the phishing email template, there was a domain being used that was part of the ESET cloud global blacklist. I changed the email address and was able to successfully out the test.
