Will Wilkinson 0 Posted October 18, 2024 Posted October 18, 2024 My organization is about to launch a phishing campaign. We are currently testing the campaign but ESET keeps moving email to the junk folder despite whitelisting all of the domains and IPs used in the campaign. Is there something else that I am missing?
Administrators Marcos 5,725 Posted October 18, 2024 Administrators Posted October 18, 2024 Please raise a support ticket and provide: 1, Logs collected with ESET Log Collector 2, The phishing test email in the eml or msg format.
Solution Will Wilkinson 0 Posted October 21, 2024 Author Solution Posted October 21, 2024 I discovered my issue. In the phishing email template, there was a domain being used that was part of the ESET cloud global blacklist. I changed the email address and was able to successfully out the test.
