A Performance Issue When Scanning for Viruses

When I "scan deeply", ESET consumes a lot of performance, making everything except ESET lag, such as taskmgr, explorer, microsoft edge. However, this was not the case before, and the situation has emerged recently.
My Endpoint Security version is 11.1.2052.0 and the operating system is Windows 11 Home Chinese, 23H2.

When you run an on-demand scan, files are scanned in multiple threads at a time to speed up the scan and thus increased CPU utilization. If you want to run a scan on a regular basis, we recommend scheduling a scan task which will run with lower priority.
