Can you please assist? Please note ESET RMM has already been activated in policy. : https://help.eset.com/ees/8/en-US/how_activate_rmm.html To initiate a remote control session, click on the "Actions" button next to the client PC or select the PC and click the “Remote Management” option from the toolbar. In the drop-down menu, select the "Remote Desktop" option or "Take Control" to start a remote-control session.- Our client Is the Remote monitoring and management will work if they have existing 3rd part plugin?
