Hello! The following event has started to appear on a large number of computers. Unfortunately, I am unable to determine what is causing it.

Yes, we use SCCM. And actually, there was an update of SCCM clients recently, maybe that's the reason?

Try the update on another client where it didn't show the event and if it triggers then that's the reason.
If it doesn't trigger, maybe ESET updated the rules/exclusion or the already existing exclusion was applied this time.
