Installation fail for ERA Mobile Device Connector

Hi,

I found issue with Full (All components ERA install) and standalone installation of MDC.

While I'm installing MDC I have error as on attached pic.

I'm logged in as an domain admin so I have full privileges to make this installation.

Any ideas?

Is it only MDC that is failing to install? Did you install ERAS and other components without issues on that computer?

I had to uncheck MDC from installation, then i get ERAS installed. I need MDC for my mobile devices. I think there is an issue with Windows service registration.

I also tried separate installation on (msi package) with the same error.

Platform on which I perform Installation:

Windows Server 2012 R2 VM hosted on WIndows Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V.

Same problem here, all the ERA 6 components are ok, but the MDC dos not install at all, using a Windows Server 2008

By the way do have ERA v.5 installed by any chance on the system?

Or services registered with name "EraMDMCoreSvc" or "ESET Remote Administrator Mobile Device Connector"

I have that same problem, RA Server installed without any problem, but this wont - error 1923.

I sent a log for Peter and he said he has identified the problem and will be resolved in the next updates of the MDC, until it should expect.
