HIPS on Citrix Terminalserver - many blocks and Problems with "double Sessions"

Hello Eset Community

I am a newbie with Eset and I want to ask about best practise for terminalservers with citrix vda.

We have:
Server 2022, Citrix 2204 LTSR, Eset Server Security 11

On our terminal servers we see sometimes users with 2 (sometimes 3) sessions open. this is not a normal behavior, every user should only have one.

When I look into Eset Logs I see a lot of blocks in HIPS, like this:

When I stop HIPS, no problems with usersessions at all. It looks like citrix get a problem to reconnect to existing sessions, when HIPS is enabled.

My question is: Does HIPS dont know terminalservers - Do I have to do HIPS training for this behavior?

Please raise a support ticket for assistance with further troubleshooting of the issue. We haven't been reported any such issues with terminal servers so far.
