Software task stuck at planned

Hi everyone.

 

I'm having issues with remote installations of an ESET business product. When I create a new client task to install ESET Endpoint Security v8 , to replace the v6 on the user's macbook ,the task remains in the "Execution is planned" state. Nothing happens from this point. Anti-virus is not installed on the client machine.

but the day before this happen , i had successfully updated two machine

so not sure whats going 

any help would be very appreciated
