Eset Online scanner finds Trojan in Thunderbird Profile

Message says that it cant be repaired. I assume I have one (or more) Viruses attached to an email somewhere in my Inbox. Is there a way to find out which Email so I can delete it?

Certain metadata that should help you identify the email message, such as the sender, subject, etc. should be logged in the scanner log. I assume that the ESET Online Scanner logs them as well. If not, you can try installing ESET Smart Security Premium and use a trial license to activate a 30-day trial version.
