jimwillsher 64 Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 Another question Several computers are showing this error in the ERA console: "Recent update attempts failed" Yet if I look at the detail against each one (via ERA), each one has definition 11254, which is the latest at present (manually updating on my own PC shows that 1154 is the latest). So if the client is running the latest version, how can recent updates have failed? The client has updated to the latest, it has called the ERA, ERA has been updated successfully.
