Can't add whitelist policy for destination domain

Recommended Posts

Hello, we have a false positive spam problem: the emails sent from our user to a blacklisted destination with his collegues in CC are all moved to junk of all receivers. We need to whitelist the destination url, but the policy editor permits only to whitelist the senders. Is there any solution that we can do? The receiver is blacklisted in public blacklists, but it is still valid and we need to send email to him.

Unfortunately, this looks like a bug that we can fix by the next release in October, but for now, the only solution I can think of is to disable protection for the sending user, send the email and then re-enable it. I´m sorry for the inconvenience.
