I am a registed user of ESET and I have received an email encouraging me to upgrade to ESET HOME Security Premium for FREE. As soom as I visit the website via the link included in the email and click on "Upgrade My Protection," I am presented with the following message: "Oops, it is not currently possible to upgrade your protection for free. Unfortunately, there are currently technical issues related to the free upgrade of ESET protection."

Since I have been trying to proceed with the upgrade for days, and I always encounter the aforementioned message, please assist me.

Unfortunately you have posted as a guest so we don't know what country you are from. The best course of action would be to contact your local ESET distributor or authorized reseller for more information.
