Some questions about eset Protect

Hi, I recently got a job in a Company that has an expired licence of eset, so becuse the server computer was old i replace it with the new one and installed eset Protect with new licence, is there a way to active eset endpoint on clients and add them in eset Protect, or i have to remove eset endpoint and create a installer, and is there a important setting that i have to do before create an installer

It's enough to redeploy the management agent as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb7655 or re-install the agent locally using the msi installer downloadable from ESET's website.

Thanks for your respond, I did what the article told, but still the clients are not active

Please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html  and trace.log for possible errors. You can post the logs here, attachments are available only to ESET staff.
