However, I'm encountering an issue where "Web and Email Protection" is blocked by macOS. When I follow the directions provided in the linked support article, I receive the error message: "Failed to enable ESET Web and Email Protection: The authorization was denied." This occurs when I try to activate the "ESET Web and Email Protection" slider. I am also experiencing a similar issue with Real-Time File System Protection. I have already attempted basic troubleshooting steps, including uninstalling and reinstalling the software, as well as restarting my computer several times.
