Alert "The ESET Push Notification Service servers cannot be reached"

Recommended Posts

Hello!

Yesterday, I updated our ESET Protect server to the most recent version and rebooted the machine. Since then, one of the servers is showing the mentioned alarm and I don't know how to get rid of it.

Signature updates are working fine (installed version is from today, 06.09.2024). In the logfile of the machine, it says "limited Direct Cloud connectivity" for the component "ESET-Kernel"

In case the error doesn't go away, please check https://support.eset.com/en/kb332-ports-and-addresses-required-to-use-your-eset-product-with-a-third-party-firewall#EPNS for a list of addresses and ports that must be accessible from ESET PROTECT and Endpoint.

If it occurs occasionally, feel free to ignore it.
