Remove unused subscription ESET Mobile Security Free from ESET HOME

Hi,

there is unusued subscription in ESET HOME portal that cannot be deleted. It shows one connected device, yet device list is empty, thus I am unable to delete it. It probably got stuck there after one device was factory-reset (now connected to paid license). Thanks for any help.
