Outlook stuck in "not responding" when sending message to a few recipients

This is the issue we have been facing since July, I would like to only confirm the issue described on the attached screen: this is from answers.microsoft.com

Full thread is here: Outlook stuck in "not responding" when sending message to a few - Microsoft Community

The solution (which we can confirm) is given at attached screen.

Supposedly eset is aware of it......

Most likely it's the issue that occurs with POP3 accounts and causes a 2 min. delay upon receiving the first email. A workaround is to temporarily disable the "Add recipient addresses from outgoing messages" setting as suggested at https://forum.eset.com/topic/41730-problem-with-eset-endpoint-security-11120392-and-outlook-2019.

No, We use IMAP and SMTP only. We have NEVER used POP3. We were waiting c.a 30 min, but Outlook was stuck. There was no way to send email to more that 1 receiver. Ones switching off the option described in the thread (and at the picture) everything is working fine. Simply this selected (now disabled) option that someone from eset came up with is faulty
