Quest137736 0
Hello everyone, My ESET antivirus has just detected and removed 18 instances of the Win64/Riskware.PEMalform.A virus from my system. I would like to know what additional steps I should take to ensure that my computer is completely clean and secure.
Administrators Solution Marcos 5,277 Posted August 24 Administrators Solution Share Posted August 24 The files should be corrupted so you don't need to do anything else.
itman 1,751
There is also an older forum posting in regards to Win64/Riskware.PEMalform.A: https://forum.eset.com/topic/17402-win32riskwarepemalformi/ . In this instance, there was another third party AV installed and it appears its real-time scanner detector was inferring with Eset's resulting in the PUA not being fully removed from the device.
