Mayka 0 Posted August 23 Share Posted August 23 (edited) Buenos días, tengo equipos en los que tras instalar el ESET, cuando inicio cada día el equipo, al poco rato se inicia ANALISIS DE INICIO y no da opción en la pantalla de cancelar el proceso. Además de que se queda analizando más de 1 hora.... ¿Cómo puedo revisar ese proceso tan largo...? en otros no pasa Machine translation: I have computers on which after installing ESET, when I start the computer every day, after a short while STARTUP SCAN starts and there is no option on the screen to cancel the process. Does temporarily disabling the startup scan tasks in Scheduler actually make a difference? If so, please carry on as follows: Temporarily disable Protected service in the advanced HIPS setup Reboot the machine Start generating a Procmon boot log Reboot the machine After a few minutes stop logging Save the Procmon log unfiltered in the PML format and compress it Collect logs with ESET Log Collector Provide me with both logs Re-enable protected service and reboot the machine.
