sjouet 0
Today we would like to be able to manage our mobile fleet with Eset. How could we install Cloud Mobile Device Management? Administrators Marcos 5,290 Posted August 23 Administrators Share Posted August 23 Since this is an English forum, we kindly ask you to post in English. If you don't speak English, we recommend using an online translator. In order to enroll a mobile device, you would have to migrate to ESET PROTECT (cloud) first. ESET MDM on-premise was already discontinued. Information how to enroll a mobile device to ESET PROTECT is available at https://help.eset.com/protect_cloud/en-US/?add_mobile_device_wizard.html. sjouet 0
Hello Marcos, I know we should move to the cloud but my company is a little reluctant to do so because we would like to maintain full control. What would be the steps to follow to move to the cloud? I also know that the connectors for Windows are no longer available but has the connector for Linux also been removed because the documentation concerning it does not mention this obsolescence? What's a shame is that we've been paying for mobile protection licenses since the beginning and we've never used them.
Administrators Marcos 5,290 Posted August 29 Administrators Share Posted August 29 First of all, it requires the plan ESET PROTECT Complete or higher: https://www.eset.com/int/business/small-and-medium/. Migration to ESET PROTECT is described at https://help.eset.com/protect_cloud/en-US/cloud_migration.html.
