itman 1,751
What the heck is this about? Never seen this display before? Only way I could get rid of this was to mouse click on opt-out which I don't believe was a smart thing to do. Administrators Marcos 5,277 Posted August 21 Administrators Share Posted August 21 We've allowed users to enable 2FA for those who would like to, it looks like a side effect of it. Please check if you are still getting the prompt, I assume you shouldn't. Yet you should be able to enable 2FA in your account setup. itman 1,751
After opting-out, I am no longer seeing the prompt. I might be in the minority here, but I don't own a smart cell phone. Sure I am not the only one in this category. Suggest other 2FA methods be provided. Edited August 21 by itman
itman 1,751
As far as should you use Google Authenticator for 2FA, there is this posting: https://unetworkingab.medium.com/google-authenticator-is-a-load-of-crap-94899bbe49c7 and other like postings on the web.
